Should I trust ordering a phone from "Phone Arena" ?

Verizon doesn't have the LG Octane pre-owned free at the moment.. and I'm not sure how much longer till they will have them again.. so i'm looking for an octane that is free. Should I trust "Phone Arena" or use a more reliable site?
