Where to buy 110 octane racing fuel in north carolina?

Need high octane fuel for my 383 stroker with 12.5 to 1 comp/ratio. It is for a 69 Z/28 street car and I don not race so I do not know where to find or if there is anything like an additive you can mix with 93 octane to boost the numbers up.
