SUPRISE PARTY FOR MY BEST FRIEND ! NEED IDEAS !?

My best friends birthday is June 19th but since thats fathers day I want to do something special for her the next day. She is turning 14 and if we were to do a suprirese party it would only be 5 girls nothing big. No pool party or house partys she made it clear ! She would love something humorus . She is girly and she has told me she would love a party in the city. I loved the idea about "kidnapping" her . My plan was to kid nap her at like 7 am and then eat breakfast probally at ihop or something but I sorta wanted to take her out for lunch instead. SO please list the stuff down below. No budget.
