How to suprise kiss a guy?

me and my guy frind r going to the pool together in 2 days. i had a crush on him for 2 yrs... (since the 4th grade) im going to mov soon. and i wanna do sumthing stupid, and riskyy... like how do i kiss him.. bc i wanna remember this day. and make the best of it. like do i kiss him on the cheek wen we'r relaxing by the water and tlk to him... he hugs a lot.. so like. shuldi sit nxt to him and like tlk personallyy to him.. ask for a hug.. then just kiss him. wat do i do afterwards? AND HOW DO I KISS HIM. PLZ HELPp
