What Verizon cell phone would you suggest that does not require a data plan?

I am getting an upgrade soon and am not paying for a data plan. When i looked at all the phones that dont require it.. they all seemed to suck. The octane and cosmos didnt seem that bad, but ive had the first envy and third one so im kinda tired of phones that are like that. I was thinking maybe the kin or kin twom? but i hear they are not that great. what do you suggest?
