Verizon Lock Help!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have an Lg Octane and I'm giving it to my friend so i reset it. It said inital programming required. I figured it just needed to be activated. Well now I'm locked out and it's NOT the last 4 digits of the previous number. WHAT DO I DO!?????
