Ok, so i jumped into the pool with my lg octane and now i dont know what to do?

I left it to dry and took out the battery about an hour and a half after the accident. The phone was on when i jumped into the water. Later I put it in cous cous overnight (similar to rice) and all that happens is that i see verizon wireless when I turn it on and it never goes to the main menu. The small sticker behind my battery looks like a light pink
