GCE chemistry help!!!?

This question really has nothing to do with the equation that you are given. You simply multiply the atomic mass of C8H18 by 10. This then gives you 1140g which is converted into 1.14kg. Mols of a substance are essentially talking about how much of it you have, so if you have 10 mols you have ten times the atomic mass.
