So I washed my phone yesterday and...?

Well umm... a phone and water really should never meet, but we all make our mistakes. The rice thing is (no offense) kind of weird. That may have skread ir up. I don't think theres a way to reset it, however you have to look around and take things apart. People on the internet may not be able to help you with this one.
