Two Metropolitan police dogs found dead?

you felt a bit sorry for him until you learned he did the same thing a few years ago with a spaniel,if he was not working with the dogs why did he need them in the car on a hot day like that,being a dog trainer he should know more than most it only takes a few minutes in heat like that for a dog to become distressed, i think they should take him off dog duty he is obviously not capable enough to be in charge off these dogs, most of the police dog handlers put the dogs before themselves, the rspca will appear when the tv cameras come out just wait and see.
