What is a good romantic meal to make for my boyfriend...?

he is extremely picky unfortuately. he hates veggies except for tomatoes, and that happens to be the only veggie i dislike unless its like a sauce or something. i just want to make a candlelight dinner this week sometime and suprise him =] im a pretty good cook, so really no recipe is too difficult. i just dont want something with a million ingredients that gonna cost 50 bucks or more. im up for recipes. what would you suggest i cook... hmmmm
