Is it wrong to plan my own Baby Shower?

It's not wrong to arrange how you want it to be. Maybe your sister is upset because she wanted to arrange it. But don't go as far as some parents do and start requesting the type of gifts you would like - that just makes the guests feel like they're being used. You want it to be enjoyable. Good luck! :-)
