Sciatica or blood clot - thigh pain?

Time to help yourself before going back to the doc. Get off your bee-hind and walk more. When your muscles are warm, try some of the stretches at the link below (start slowly and gently and gradually increase the time and difficulty as your discomfort tolerance allows). If the problem persists after you've taken some self-help steps, it might be time to check with the doc again. Good Luck to You!
